The front desk staff was helpful 😊 The secure parking garage added peace of mind. The location offered easy access to Chur.

Liked its nice and very polite staff.

it was a such great stay in all great value. my double room was spotless and functional with balcony. location: the hotel was near the main train station in chur, an industrial area, and the old town and the railway station. local cuisine was served in the pizza restaurant.

The room was clean and basic but showed signs of wear. The curtains were ripped and the desk had chips. Even though the hotel is a bit removed from the center, the free bus pass made commuting easy, with consistent service every 10 minutes. Limited hot water was a significant issue that impacted the overall comfort. The surrounding area offered plenty of fast food options, convenient for quick meals.
